Customer will receive 4ug of lyophilized DNA containing synthetic gene of interest, sequence chromatogram tracefiles, gene report, QC restriction digestion files, alignment file as well as vector information. If you wish to have up to 10ug of plasmid DNA, we are pleased to provide it to you, free of charge, but additional three days are required. To continuously improve our services for gene synthesis, internal sequencing primers are now available to customers FREE of charge*.

QC - The purity of each oligo must strictly be checked by PAGE gel analysis before sending. Disqualified oligos are either re-purified or re-synthesized. To guarantee the quality, all modified oligos are purified by WAVE system or HPLC.


Price - For up to 60 bases, regular high quality oligos we offer £0.15/base (2 -3 OD units, HAP* purity >98%), and £0.19/base (1-2 OD units, PAGE purity >99%). For long Oligos of 61 bases to 90 bases, the price is £0.45/ base (1 OD units, PAGE purity > 99%). No extra cost on HAP* and PAGE purification (minimum order required).
